Summary: Upon arrival the desk clerk was rude and when I told her I couldn't hear or understand what she was saying/mumbling in a heavy accent she just rolled her eyes and went on as if I was a bother and interrupted her day. Then we learned we had to pay $18 per night for parking. There was no mention of that when we booked the room for over $300 per night. The room was comfortable enough. Doubtful that we would stay here again because of the awful experience our stay started off with though.
